Your mind. Your rules.

Not every idea should be available to everyone. Some knowledge is for the world. Some for your team. Some only for paying clients.

With Access Groups, Delphi lets you decide what data is available to which group of people, and under what conditions.

What Are Access Groups?

Access Groups don’t create new Delphis — they create permissions and boundaries around your one Digital Mind. Each group can have its own:

  • Data access (which documents, notes, or premium materials they can use).

  • Limits (message caps, voice minutes, video).

  • Overrides (tailored responses or emphasis per group).

By default, you’ll see:

  • Just Me → You + collaborators (for testing & refining).

  • Insiders → Invite-only members (private groups, teams, families).

  • All (registered) → Anyone who signs in, so you capture identity.

  • All (anonymous) → Open access to the world.

Why Access Groups Matter

Not every audience should tap into the same data. Access Groups give you a hierarchy of control:

  • As a CEO, you can give employees access to company playbooks, strategy docs, or culture notes that aren’t for the public.

  • As a creator, you can keep drafts, tone tests, or experimental content private to your Insiders group.

  • As a coach, you can set a Premium group with higher limits and exclusive resources for paying clients.

  • As a parent, you can share personal stories and family archives only with loved ones.

One Digital Mind, many doors, each with its own key.

How to Use Access Groups in Practice

Inside Delphi Studio, setting up Access Groups is simple:

  1. Go to Access Groups in Delphi Studio (under Interactions in the left navigation).

  2. Use the defaults or create your own group.

  3. Decide what data each group can access.

  4. Set permissions (conversation caps, voice/video minutes, etc.).

  5. Share the right link with the right audience.

You can even override emphasis per group — for example, your public Delphi highlights published work, while your internal group surfaces strategic notes.

Why Access Groups Are a Superpower

Most platforms give you one version of yourself for everyone. Delphi gives you structured access by design:

  • Public → Open conversations for reach and discovery.

  • Private → Restricted access for sensitive or invite-only data.

  • Premium → Paid or higher-limit groups that unlock extended conversations and exclusive content.

With Access Groups, you’re not just deciding who can talk to your Delphi — you’re deciding what knowledge they can reach, how much they can use, and under what conditions.
